Richard has over 30 years of sales and marketing experience and enjoys working hard for our clients. He believes knowledge is the key in being able to best help clients buy or sell their homes. Having lived in Asia, Richard speaks both Cantonese and Mandarin. As a father of six children, Richard still finds time to be involved with his church, children’s sports, community events and the Rotary Club of Coral Springs. In his free time, he enjoys weight training, travel, and being with his family.

Joi is truly a joy to our team. She has years of management experience and a high level of attention to details. She is a graduate of many courses in inter-personal communications and negotiations. Joi is also luxury home certified. She is a mother of three adorable children and is active in the PTA. Joi is very passionate about fitness and nutrition and is currently training for NPC figure competition.

Nanette coordinates interested buyer requests for showing of the McEwan Team’s clients’ homes. Nanette’s strengths include her pleasant personality and diligence in working with both sellers and agents.
Mimi Giron
Transaction Coordinator
Mimi is responsible for coordinating all details after an offer is accepted. One of Mimi’s strengths is her attention to every detail to ensure a smooth closing.
